Matthew Groppetti

Matthew Groppetti is a seasoned strategy, business, and corporate development leader with over 17 years of experience in the field. They began their career as an Analyst in Investment Banking at Lazard, developing analytical support for M&A deals. At 3M, they held various roles, including Senior Manager for M&A Strategy in the Industrial Business Group and currently serve as a Senior Manager in Strategy, M&A, and Ventures for the Transportation & Electronics Business Group. Matthew is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
