Maxime Bureau

Maxime Bureau is the Senior Director of Government Affairs & Sustainability for the EMEA region at 3M, where they lead the respective teams and report to high-level executives. They are a member of the 3M EMEA operating committee and previously served as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce to the EU from 2017 to 2020. Maxime holds a Master's degree in Economics from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and a Post Graduate degree from the College of Europe. Prior to their current role, Maxime accumulated extensive experience at the European Commission, GE, Deloitte, and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
