Michael Kubin

Michael Kubin is a seasoned professional in trade compliance and supply chain management, currently serving as a Sr Trade Compliance Analyst at 3M since June 2022. In this role, Michael leads trade compliance activities, conducts global internal audits, interprets customs laws, and ensures compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations. Prior to joining 3M, Michael worked for U.S. Customs and Border Protection for a decade, where responsibilities included developing enforcement solutions and conducting cargo examinations. Earlier experience included a position as a Supply Chain Specialist at 3M, managing a significant budget and optimizing inventory levels. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Missouri State University and an MBA from Webster University, along with certifications in CISM, CISA, and PMP.
