Michael Parham

Michael Parham is an accomplished product development specialist with extensive experience in the field of engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Product Development Specialist at 3M since October 2017, Michael also previously held positions at Scott Safety where responsibilities included overseeing the industrial PPE product portfolio and managing various product life cycle stages. Notable achievements include establishing a local advanced R&D process, leading the development of innovative technologies, and expanding engineering teams. Earlier roles included serving as a Chemical Engineer at the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center, where leadership was demonstrated in a significant air purification technology program. Michael holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
