Michael Rogers

Michael Rogers is a manufacturing facilities, utilities, and engineering professional with extensive experience in energy management and operational oversight. They served as an Energy Engineer at Honeywell from 2008 to 2015, where they led project commissioning and developed energy savings contracts for educational institutions and government entities. Rogers held roles at DaimlerChrysler and DTE Energy Services, managing energy centers and overseeing significant operational budgets. Currently, they are involved in the battery manufacturing sector as the Manager of Electrical Infrastructure at StarPlus Energy and have recently taken a position as Plant Engineering Manager at 3M. Michael holds a BGS from Indiana University Kokomo and a certificate in Energy Management from North Carolina State University.
