Michael Stroik

Michael Stroik serves as Vice President of 3M Community Impact, where they lead the company's societal impact strategy and community relations, managing over $375 million in social investments since 2020. They have held various leadership roles at 3M, including overseeing community relations and development initiatives aimed at maximizing social impact globally. Michael began their career at Target, developing programs to address educational disparities and managing substantial philanthropic efforts. Michael holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
