Michael Zheng

Michael Zheng is an accomplished professional in research and development, currently serving as the China R&D Leader at 3M since January 2008. With extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects, Michael has played a pivotal role in new product and technology development, as well as in the commercialization of existing products. Michael's tenure at 3M includes positions such as Senior Technical Manager in both the Personal Safety Division and the Commercial Solutions Division, where strategic planning and resource management were key responsibilities. Prior to joining 3M, Michael worked at BOE Technology Group, where leadership in LCD line design and process management was demonstrated. Michael holds a Master's degree in Polymer Material Chemistry from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering from the same institution.
