Michele Seiffert

Michele Seiffert serves as an HR Coordinator at 3M since June 2024, bringing prior experience as a Senior Associate Recruiter and Associate Recruiter at Russell Tobin, a prominent minority-owned recruitment and staffing advisory firm, from June 2022 to June 2024. Before transitioning into recruitment, Michele worked as a Teacher at Lake Ripley Elementary School for eight years (August 2014 - June 2022) and briefly at New Century Academy Inc. as a Music Teacher in early 2014. Michele's career began in retail as a Retail Sales Associate at Macy's from July 2011 to July 2013. Michele holds a Bachelor of Music Education in Music Teacher Education from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, completed in December 2013.
