Michelle Diggs

Michelle Diggs, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Environmental & Community Resilience at 3M, where Michelle has pioneered the role of Director of Environmental Justice and leads initiatives that foster positive community impacts in operational areas. With over two decades of experience at 3M, Michelle has held various strategic marketing roles, including Segment Strategy and Deployment Leader, where responsibilities included digital marketing, global corporate branding, and implementation of Agile methodologies. Previously, Michelle worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at drkoop.com and held positions in marketing communications within the 3M Electrical Products Division. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Marketing from St. Edward's University, along with a Public Policy Fellowship from the CORO Foundation.
