Mike Graff is a Senior Lab Research Specialist at 3M, where they have worked since 2016 in the Corporate Research Materials Lab within the Applied Physics Group. Prior to this role, they served as a Technical Manager in the Electronic Solutions Division at 3M from 1991 to 1995. Mike earned a Ph.D. and M.S. in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, following a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Utah.
