Mike Lenhardt is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Director of Global Portfolio for Automotive Thermal Management Solutions at 3M since September 2010. Lenhardt's expertise includes managing global P&L responsibilities, developing strategic plans, and leading new product commercialization efforts. With a strong focus on the Automotive ePowertrain market, Lenhardt has successfully led portfolio development and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive aggressive growth in sales and market share.
