Milind Sabade, Ph.D., brings 31 years of diverse innovation experience to their role as a Strategic Tech & New Business Development Senior Manager at 3M, where they have focused on delivering sustainable and profitable growth in energy management since 2019. Milind has previously held various positions at 3M, including leadership in strategic new product platforms and technical service across multiple divisions. They also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Connecticut and earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from The University of Akron.
