Milla Olo

Milla Olo has extensive experience at 3M, having worked since 1997 in various roles including Country Leader for Finland, EMEA Sales Training Lead, and Master Trainer for both the EMEA Safety and Industrial Business Group and the North Europe Region. Responsibilities have included overseeing training execution, aligning training programs, content creation, and managing training teams. Milla Olo has also served as a Regional Key Account Manager and Product Manager in the Cleaning and Workplace Safety sector, along with earlier roles in sales and customer service. Milla Olo holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Malmi Business College in Helsinki.
