Min Gao

Min Gao is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in intellectual property (IP) and cybersecurity law. They qualified as a patent attorney in 2004 and as an attorney-at-law in 2003 in China, having held significant roles, including leading the IP team at adidas China and currently serving as the Director of GCA IP & Cybersecurity Counsel at 3M. Min has also offered expertise as an official at the Shanghai Patent Office and as an associate at Rouse, advising multinational companies on various IP issues. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Law from East China University of Politics and Law and a Master's degree in IP Law from Shanghai Social Science Academy.
