Mingfeng Guo

Mingfeng Guo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, product specialization, and portfolio management. Beginning a career at ExxonMobil from July 2014 to April 2017, Mingfeng successfully penetrated new markets by driving polypropylene resin sales in Jiangsu and achieving significant growth through effective negotiations. At Tetra Pak from April 2017 to September 2018, Mingfeng focused on upgrading dairy and beverage filling machinery, increasing the local product mix and securing widespread adoption among major clients. Currently, as a Portfolio Manager at 3M since September 2018, Mingfeng leads a team in managing the PPE portfolio, contributing to a notable 40% growth and enhancing production processes. Mingfeng holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, obtained in 2014.
