Omar A. Williams

Omar A. Williams, MBA, is a solutions-driven business leader with over two decades of experience in various roles across finance and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at 3M, they oversee the strategy and commercial execution for the Precision Grinding & Finishing abrasives portfolio, managing a large-scale global portfolio with full P&L ownership. Previously, Omar held senior positions at companies such as The Siegfried Group, Biogen, and CCR LLP, where they provided critical financial expertise and led high-performing teams in complex environments. In addition to their professional pursuits, Omar actively contributes to the arts and serves as Board Chair for the Yellow Tree Theatre. They hold an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and are pursuing additional education in applied generative AI for digital transformation at MIT.
