Oscar Coto

Oscar Coto is an experienced IT professional with a focus on test automation and quality assurance management. Currently serving as the IT Global Test Automation Manager at 3M since November 2021, Oscar leads global QA and test automation initiatives across multiple regions while managing a team of over 20 engineers and test leads. Prior to this role, Oscar worked as a Consultant at iDeliver Technologies LLC from March 2014 to November 2021, where leadership in QA and project management was demonstrated through high-impact enterprise testing programs. Oscar's career also includes a tenure at HP Software as a Senior Software Support Engineer from March 2008 to March 2014, supporting project and portfolio management solutions, and a position at Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad as a Software Support Engineer. Oscar holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Computer Science Technician degree from Colegio Técnico Don Bosco.
