Patrick Hiner

Patrick Hiner serves as the Vice President of the Dental Capacity Board at Dental Capacity since August 2022 and has held the position of National Account Director for Walmart US & Canada at 3M since April 2025. Hiner's extensive experience at 3M includes roles such as Key Account Representative for Walmart, New Product Commercialization Marketing Manager, and Global Portfolio Director for the Home Care Division. Hiner has demonstrated expertise in category growth, sales optimization, product development, and strategic partnerships across various markets including the United States, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East and Africa. Hiner holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BS in Business and Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
