Patrick Rogiers

Patrick Rogiers is the global president of the Electrical Markets Division at 3M, based in Austin, Texas. They joined 3M Belgium in 1987, progressing through various roles such as Country Business Leader and Managing Director across multiple regions including Belgium, South Africa, and the Netherlands. With a strong background in sales and marketing, along with expertise as a Design for Six Sigma Master Black Belt, they have developed a passion for business building and people development. Patrick holds degrees in Chemistry, Marketing & Advertising, and an International Executive MBA, enhancing their leadership skills throughout their extensive career.
