Paul Doron

Paul Doron is currently the Plant Director at 3M, where they apply their extensive experience in supply chain operations and leadership. Previously, Paul held various managerial positions at 3M from 2005 to 2021, including Plant Manager and Value Stream Manager, and served as Plant Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from 1997 to 2000. They have also worked in supervisory and leadership roles at Frito-Lay and Nabisco earlier in their career. Paul earned a Master of Business Administration in Operations from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Technology from Purdue University.
