Penelope Webley is an experienced sales and marketing professional who has worked across the Consumer, Graphics, Industrial, and Telecoms sectors. With a successful track record in formulating and implementing marketing strategies, they have led B2B and B2C marketing programs in the UK and EMEA markets. Currently, Pen serves as the Marketing Segment Leader for Transportation and Branding Solutions at 3M Commercial Solutions in Northern Europe, focusing on transforming interiors with innovative products. Pen's previous roles at 3M involved key account management and senior marketing positions that enhanced their experience in various marketing disciplines. Pen earned a Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing with Merit from the Institute of Data & Marketing and holds a BA (Hons) in English and Modern Languages from the University of East Anglia.
