Peng Hoe Tan

Peng Hoe Tan is a results-driven Supply Chain and Logistics Leader with over 16 years of progressive experience. They are currently the Regional Transport Manager for 3M in South East Asia and previously held the position of Logistics and Distribution Manager at Idemitsu Lube Asia Pacific, where they led a team managing logistics operations and achieved significant cost savings. Peng Hoe earned a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. They are recognized as a Six Sigma Black Belt and have made substantial contributions to continuous improvement and talent development throughout their career.
