Péricles Pavoni

Péricles Pavoni is a Quality Manager with extensive experience in the petrochemical industry. They began their career as an intern at Innova, where they managed production control and developed optimization tools for polystyrene production. Péricles later held several roles at 3M, ultimately serving as LATAM Supplier Quality Manager. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and are currently pursuing an MBA in Innovation at UFSCar.
