Peter Grasse

Peter Grasse has extensive experience in materials science and product development, having served in various managerial roles at 3M since 1983. As Laboratory Manager at the Corporate Research Materials Laboratory, Grasse oversees technology development projects involving over 40 scientists in diverse areas such as adhesives and computational modeling. Previously, as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Grasse implemented process improvements in multiple operational sectors. In other managerial positions, Grasse directed research in the Skin Health Products Division and led teams focused on radiation processing and automotive film graphics. Grasse holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BA in Chemistry from Carleton College.
