Philip Deery

Philip Deery has extensive experience in municipal governance, community service, and operational management. Serving as a Councillor for the City of Brockville since November 2014 and holding the position of Vice President at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Leeds Grenville from February 1999 to September 2023, Philip has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing community support and mentoring. In an academic capacity, Philip has served on the Board of Trustees in the Lieutenant Governor's Position in Council at St. Lawrence College from August 2018 to September 2023. At 3M, Philip has held roles as Operations Supervisor and Production Supervisor since February 1998, focusing on production efficiency and process improvement. In terms of education, Philip earned multiple degrees from the University of Phoenix, including a BSB in Human Resources Management and Business Administration, achieving high academic honors, and also completed a Business/Corporate Communications program at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
