Philippe Boele is an accomplished leader in supply chain management with extensive experience at 3M since 2000. Currently serving as Supply Chain Director and Vice President Value Stream - Center Of Excellence Supply Chain EMEA, Philippe has a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, and engineering operations in France. Previous roles include Directeur General and Country Business Leader for the Consumer Business Group at 3M France, as well as Integration Director and Business Development Director across various divisions. Philippe’s expertise encompasses merger and acquisition activities and project leadership in implementing Six Sigma initiatives. Philippe holds a CESMA 85 degree in Business Strategy, Marketing, and Finance from emlyon business school and a Master's in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Superieure de Chimie de Marseille.
