Rafał Sopliński is an experienced Plant Manager and Board Member at 3M Poland Manufacturing, as well as a Managing Director at Capital Safety Group in Banská Bystrica. They began their career as an Automation Engineer at AMK Kraków S.A. and Salmoiraghi Automatic Handling, before joining 3M as a Project Engineer. Over the years, Rafał has held various leadership roles, including Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and has successfully managed multiple divisions within 3M. Rafał earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanisława Staszica w Krakowie.
