Ramya Subramanian

Ramya Subramanian is a supply chain professional with extensive experience in logistics procurement and operations, as well as global material management. They held roles at Caterpillar Inc. as both the APAC Manager for International Operations and Procurement Manager, overseeing logistics for Southeast Asia and optimizing transportation networks. Prior to that, Ramya worked with A.P. Moller - Maersk Group as a Strategic Sourcing Manager and gained early experience as a Sourcing Engineer at Vani Chemical Private Limited. Currently, they serve as the Global Sourcing Leader for Ocean Freight and APAC Logistics at 3M while holding an Executive MBA from NUS Business School.
