Ray Han

Ray Han is an M&A Professional at 3M, where they currently serve as the M&A Leader for the Greater China Area. Previously, Ray held the position of Executive Director at Ivory Capital, specializing in M&A and equity financing across various sectors, including TMT and healthcare. Ray also accumulated managerial experience as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, contributing to over 20 advisory transactions. Earlier in their career, Ray worked as a Financial Analyst for the BC Provincial Government, focusing on the financial performance of subsidized housing societies.
