Régis GAU

Régis GAU is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management, R&D leadership, and commercialization roles across various sectors. Previously serving as a Production Director at DINAC, Régis oversaw a large team, implementing lean manufacturing and managing significant operational transitions. As a Commercialization Leader at 3M, they coordinated the launch of innovative products across EMEA markets, steering a team of 200 individuals while prioritizing development programs. Régis holds a Master's degree in Management Technology and Innovation from Grenoble Ecole de Management and an engineering degree from ECAM Lyon. Currently, Régis aims to lead businesses towards sustainable practices that reduce the negative impacts of human activity on nature.
