Renée U.

Renée U. is a Global Procurement Strategy and Operations Leader with extensive experience in the legal field and procurement. Previously, Renée served as a Litigation Attorney where they represented clients in family law, business, and real estate matters, and worked as a Law Clerk preparing legal documents for the Hennepin County Attorney's Office. In their procurement career at 3M, Renée held positions including Director of Procurement Strategy and Operations, where they managed a significant global category spend and led cost-saving initiatives. Renée obtained a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, both while achieving Dean's List honors.
