Robert Shimpa is currently a Resident Design Engineer at 3M, a position they have held since 2011. Prior to this, they worked at HTI from 1995 to 2011 in Elect/Mech Design. Robert obtained an AAS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Western Iowa Tech Community College between 1993 and 1995, as well as an AAS in Electrical Technology from North Dakota State College of Science from 1984 to 1986.
