Roberta Ramadas

Roberta Ramadas is currently the Latin America Trade Compliance Leader at 3M, where they oversee trade compliance initiatives supporting the company's strategic objectives and supply chain simplification. Previously, Roberta served as an Auditor Specialist at 3M, conducting internal audits and improving internal controls within South America. Their career began with roles at Bosch as a Finance Intern and at KPMG as an Auditor, where they gained extensive experience in financial auditing. Roberta holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and a specialization in Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
