Robin John has over 26 years of extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, primarily with 3M since July 2007, where roles included Regional IT Infrastructure Manager for EMEA Emerging Markets and Middle East Africa, focusing on infrastructure strategy, project management, and service delivery. Prior to 3M, positions included Service Desk Consultant at Gulf Computers, providing IT service and support for the Middle East & North Africa, and Senior System Engineer at Micropro Software Solutions, managing service delivery for corporate and government customers. Education includes a Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science from NITTE, Mangalore, and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from Jetking School of Electronics.
