With thirteen years of experience in FDA/ISO regulated facilities, they have a proven track record in project management, Six Sigma, and LEAN methodologies. Previously, Roderick served as a Director at 3M Health Care, overseeing M&A and value stream improvements and managing global manufacturing operations. A graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Roderick has been recognized for leading significant quality improvement projects and driving cost reduction initiatives throughout their career.
