Ryan Carns

Ryan Carns is currently the Director of Global Lean Value Stream at 3M, a role they have held since 2021. They have previously worked at 3M in various positions including Team Leader, Product Manager, Engineer, General Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Ryan also gained experience at Intel Corporation as an Engineer from 1998 to 2006. In terms of education, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Portland State University.
