S. Renee Dotson

S. Renee Dotson is a collaborative and energetic attorney with 15 years of legal experience, including over a decade in-house. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Business Counsel, Renee excels in translating legal concepts into practical business solutions while managing risks aligned with organizational objectives. Previously, S. Renee held roles at 3M as Director and Assistant General Counsel, providing legal counsel in complex areas and leading significant acquisitions and divestitures. Earlier in her career, Renee was an attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP, where S. Renee litigated various complex matters and contributed to diversity initiatives within the firm. S. Renee is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law at the University of Iowa College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business from Western Illinois University.
