Sandeep Durugkar is an Asia-Pacific Engineering Leader with over 27 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing. They have successfully established greenfield and brownfield manufacturing plants, driving organizational growth through expertise in project management, CAPEX management, and lean manufacturing methodologies. Sandeep previously held leadership roles at companies such as 3M and Century Enka Ltd, where they contributed significantly to business transformation and operational efficiency. They also completed an Executive Program in General Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and earned a BE from SGGS College of Engineering & Technology.
