Scott Thomas is a seasoned R&D executive with extensive experience in the medical and food safety sectors. They served as Director of Research and Development at 3M Skin and Wound Care from 2009 to 2013 and then at 3M's Food Safety Department from 2013 to 2019. Currently, Scott holds the position of Vice President of Research and Development at Solventum and has also been serving as Vice President for the 3M Oral Care Solutions Division and the 3M Medical Solutions Division since 2019. Scott is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
