Sean Downey is an Advanced Software Specialist at Solventum, previously known as 3M Health Information Systems, where they have been instrumental in developing healthcare-related software for local and federal agencies since 2006. With over 20 years of experience, they have contributed to high visibility software projects, including simulation of digital communications systems on military helicopters and the maintenance of clinical software for Medicare claims. Sean holds two master's degrees, one in Computer Science from the University of New Haven and another in Managing Innovation & Information Technology from Champlain College, along with a bachelor's degree in Meteorology from Western Connecticut State University.
