Shen Yang

Shen Yang is currently the Global Segment Leader for ePowertrain at 3M, specializing in battery, eMotor, inverter, and fuel cell technologies. Shen previously held leadership roles at Continental, where they directed strategy and business development across the Asia Pacific, and served as the Country Leader for Automotive Electrification at 3M. With a background in marketing and business development from The Timken Company and PPG Industries, Shen has demonstrated a strong expertise in strategic planning and market research throughout their career. Shen holds a BA in Business Administration from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, as well as dual MBA degrees from Fudan University and The University of Hong Kong.
