Sheri Hamilton

Sheri Hamilton, CPA, CMA, LSS Black Belt, is the Canada Regional Controller at 3M, where they have been since 2011. With extensive experience in financial management across various industries, Sheri has played key roles in compliance and financial governance, as well as leading process improvements as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. They previously served as Director of Finance at Tempur Canada and held several positions within Kellogg Company and Lear Corporation. Sheri also shared their expertise as an Accounting Professor at the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business. They earned a BA in Financial and Economic Studies from Western University and are a Certified Management Accountant.
