Shih-Chieh Chen

Shih-Chieh (Evan) Chen is a seasoned Customer Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Manager with over 15 years of professional experience focused on end-to-end process improvement and digital transformation. They served as a Research Assistant at Chang Gung University from 2007 to 2010 before moving on to various leadership roles at 3M, including positions as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Value Stream Manager, where they achieved significant cost savings and process improvements. Most recently, they have engaged with key accounts in the semiconductor industry, enhancing customer experiences and improving quality metrics. Shih-Chieh holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Science & Technology, obtained in 2010.
