Simon Copeman

Simon Copeman is currently the EMEA Key Account Leader at 3M, where they enable their team to address complex customer challenges and enhance the customer experience. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, Simon has held various leadership roles within 3M, including EMEA Sales Leader and General Sales and Marketing Manager. They also served as a Non-Executive Director at Archant and the Eastern Counties Newspaper Group, focusing on corporate governance and strategy oversight. Simon holds a degree in Management Science, Business, and Marketing from Loughborough University.
