Simon Holmes is currently the Vice President of Bonding Tapes & Converter Solutions at 3M, having held various leadership roles since joining the company in 2015. Previously, they served as the Business Director for the 3M Health Care Business in the UK and Ireland and held general manager positions in both automotive and aerospace sectors. With a background in business development and market leadership across North Europe and Asia, Simon has extensive experience in the industrial adhesives and tapes division. Simon began their academic journey at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School and continued with a degree in Business & Finance from The University of Bolton and a postgraduate qualification from Staffordshire University.
