Simone Howard

Simone Howard is a Senior Quality Engineer at 3M, where they focus on managing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for customer and internal requests. With a background in quality engineering and process improvement, Simone developed and led an effective Audit Program and various training initiatives in previous roles at ZF Group and A.O. Smith. They also have experience as a Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, having contributed to significant design and quality management projects throughout their career. Simone holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Master's in Engineering Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.
