Solange Chanel

Solange Chanel is the current Director of Human Development at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina. With extensive experience in human resources management, Solange has held key positions at notable companies such as 3M, where they led regional HR initiatives, and Danone, where they oversaw talent acquisition and development. Previously, they served as HR Manager for Aguas Danone de Argentina and were involved in organizational integration during significant mergers. Solange also operated a personal business and has an academic background that includes a postgraduate degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Buenos Aires.
