Stan Rendon

Stan Rendon has extensive experience in research and development leadership within prominent organizations, including 3M, where roles spanned from Vice President of R&D for the Corporate Research Process Laboratory to leadership positions in the Transportation Safety and Personal Safety Divisions. At 3M, Rendon inspired teams to develop innovative, IP-protected technology solutions that addressed customer needs on a global scale. Prior to 3M, Rendon was a PhD candidate at Northwestern University, focusing on complex polymer system characterization, and an undergraduate at the University of Minnesota, engaged in peptide amphile synthesis and characterization. Rendon holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
