Stan Rendon has extensive experience in research and development leadership within prominent organizations, including 3M, where roles spanned from Vice President of R&D for the Corporate Research Process Laboratory to leadership positions in the Transportation Safety and Personal Safety Divisions. At 3M, Rendon inspired teams to develop innovative, IP-protected technology solutions that addressed customer needs on a global scale.
