Steve Henrichs

Steve Henrichs, P.E. serves as the Global Large Cap Engineering Director at 3M since August 2020, overseeing a $0.5 billion portfolio of capital projects exceeding $20 million across various sectors. Previously, Steve held the role of Director of Engineering for the US and Canada at 3M, leading a team of 12 managers and 140 engineers across 70 manufacturing sites. From January 2018 to August 2020, Steve was the Manufacturing Transformation Leader at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where responsibilities included enhancing safety, quality, and production efficiency in consumer products. Steve’s prior experience includes roles at Flint Hills Resources from 1993 to 2018, culminating as the Reliability Center Manager, and earlier positions focused on project management and reliability engineering. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
