Steve Mims

Steve Mims is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in business development and engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as Segment Leader for Heavy & Durable Equipment at Aearo Technologies, a division of 3M since December 2018, Mims has held key positions including Vice President of Business Development at 180 Skills, and Vice President and General Manager for North America Operations at Faurecia. Prior roles include Director of Industrial Business Development at Federal-Mogul and various leadership positions at Illinois Tool Works and SKF. Mims holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, including both a Master's and a Bachelor's in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
